The Build Fellowship covers the cost of all Fellows in the program, including their salary and legal fees, to ensure they can support the nonprofit partner, while nonprofit partners receive a portion of the program cost as a revenue share.
$1,000 nonprofit per fellow share
One time, per fellow sponsored by the nonprofit partner, 6.66% of upfront Fellowship payment, 10% on the gross profit from the Fellowship payment, whichever is less, or a higher number at the discretion of The Build Fellowship.
$1,000 – $2,500 nonprofit salary share
Monthly, this includes $49 to cover the cost of HR software borne by the nonprofit partner, the pre-tax compensation to the Fellow, and 17.65% to cover cost of employment taxes, fees, etc.
$100 – $225 program support
Monthly, nonprofit partner share.
Increased team capacity for program administration
The Build Fellowship handles program and tech management, as well as immigration support and university engagement.
