The Build Fellowship is a nationwide cap-exempt H-1B program trusted by top immigration attorneys from across the U.S. with a 99% petition approval rate with USCIS.
Fellows are employed part-time by cap-exempt non-profit partners working 5 hours per week supporting U.S. colleges & universities. Build Fellows are then able to work full-time for U.S. companies on a concurrent H-1B.

Foreign nationals who qualify for a standard H-1B, and have a fiscal sponsor, can apply to become Build Fellows.
Build Fellows work 5 hours per week with one of our non profit partners to receive their part time, cap-exempt H-1B.
Build Fellows are now able to work for their full time employer, for 40 hours per week, through a concurrent H-1B.
