Career Services: Education Programs to Train Students

The Build Fellowship offers students at partner institutions world-class subject matter training and expertise through Build Projects that provide work experience to students, 1-on-1 domain-specific Build Sessions, and educational materials.

What are Build Projects?

Dynamic and immersive 8-week projects led by Build Fellows that aim to introduce selected students to their fields of interest. Selected participants engage in weekly live sessions with a Build Fellow and approximately 2–15 students. Students receive a certificate upon completion.

Industry Focused Experience

The projects center around specific industries, providing participants with hands-on, real-world challenges that will help them better understand their field of interest and bridge the gap between the classroom and industry.

Resume Building

Students produce deliverables they can showcase on their resumes and portfolios to impress hiring managers filing entry-level positions.

Entry-level

Projects are designed to be accessible for students at any level of their professional career. We encourage first and second year students to participate.

What are Build Sessions?

Build Sessions are led by Build Fellows and involve tailored 1:1 interactions, focusing on various aspects of career development. Sessions provide students with the opportunity to grow their network, build their social capital, and receive mentorship from global talent.

There are four types of Build Sessions

  • Industry and career conversations
  • Technical interview simulations
  • General HR interview simulations
  • Resume feedback and review
